Ingredients: Essential Oils of  Cedrus atlantica (Cedarwood), Salvia sclarea (Clary Sage), Boswellia carteri (Frankincense), Pelargonium graveolens (Geranium Rose) and Pogostemon cablin (Patchouli)

Directions: Inhale for 5-10 seconds in each nostril and repeat as needed every two to four hours while awake. Not for use in children. Discontinue use if irritation occurs.

Nasal inhalers last for 30 days, depending on usage. Store in a cool, dry area.
