This product is used to create a relaxing soak in the bathtub.

It is best practice to run the bathwater, enter the bath, then place bath salts into the water and swirl to mix/dissolve. By entering the bath BEFORE mixing in bath salts, irritation caused by essential oils becomming trapped between your body and the tub itself is usually prevented.

 

It is best to scoop out bath salts with a metal or wooden spoon or stick, not fingers, to reduce bacterial growth.
